REMOVE DEAD PLANTS, BUSHES, PALMS, TREE LIMBS & STUMPS
(Tuesday, May 19, 2026)
After the coldest temps we’ve seen in years, many plants, bushes, palms, and/or tree limbs throughout our community are looking a bit rough.
The time has come to address the situation. If you have not already removed all of the dead plants, bushes, palms, tree limbs and/or stumps from your property, please take the time to review your property and take action.
Per the community’s landscaping and maintenance guidelines outlined in the HOA covenants, all homeowners are responsible for maintaining their property in a clean, safe, and visually appealing condition. This includes the removal of any dead or unhealthy vegetation.
Required Action:
Please remove or properly dispose of all dead plants, bushes, palms, and tree limbs & stumps on your property.
Compliance Deadline:
We kindly request that this work be done by June 30, 2026.
Failure to address this matter by the stated deadline may result in further action, including fines or corrective measures in accordance with HOA policies.
Should you have any questions or need additional time due to special circumstances, feel free to contact the HOA at Sheridan.woods.fl@gmail.com, or the ARC at Sheridan.woods.arc@gmail.com.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation in helping maintain the quality and appearance of our community.
If you have already completely remedied the post-cold-snap vegetation issue on your property, THANK YOU! (& please disregard this notice).
