REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS & VISITORS: There have been reports of vehicles speeding within the community. Be sure all visitors and contractors are aware of the 15 MPH speed limit. We have many walkers and children in our community and one resident was almost injured from a speeding car approaching the East side bend in the road. Please be sure all adheres to the speed limit. Thank you!​

"GATE OPEN" REQUESTS:  Please provide at least 3 business days notice when requesting that the community’s entrance gate be locked open (e.g., to conduct an Open House). Call the message line (321-216-2053), send an email (sheridan.woods.fl@gmail.com) or reach out to any BOD member with the details of your request.
